More sane next batch handling, typing notification tweaks, give invites their own stream position, device list fix (#1641)

* Update sync responses

* Fix positions, add ApplyUpdates

* Fix MarshalText as non-pointer, PrevBatch is optional

* Increment by number of read receipts
