Tweak some logging (#2130)

* Modify some log levels

* Update gomatrixserverlib to matrix-org/gomatrixserverlib@336334f

* Update gomatrixserverlib to matrix-org/gomatrixserverlib@cde7ac8

* Demote warning about key change producer

* Add more useful roomserver logging

* Further tweaking
